We report a rare case of esophageal papiloma (EP) in an 40-year-old woman underwent a medical examination and elevated lesion was noted using a esophagogastroduodenoscope. We performed an endoscopic esophageal mucosal resection using a cap-fitted esophagogastroduodenoscope to obtain sufficient specimens. Based on the pathological findings, we diagnosed a EP.
