<abstract><p>This scientific article proposes to analyze the organizational behavior in the Public  Administration, developed in the Labor Inspectorate in Maracay-Aragua, a public  institution that has presented weaknesses in the work environment, such as:  demotivation, absenteeism from work, communication deficiencies, lack of career  plans and promotions, a situation that has materialized job dissatisfaction,  dissatisfaction with human talent and failure to meet organizational goals. These  aspects are framed within a socioeconomic context, characterized by shortages,  inflation, insecurity and a deficit wage policy. To cover the specific objectives  proposed, a non-experimental design was used as a methodology, based on field  research. The population under study was represented by fourteen (14) workers  from the aforementioned public institution. In this sense, the research techniques  used were the documentary review and the survey, using the Likert scale  questionnaire as an instrument, with 5 response alternatives. The final  considerations determined that organizational behavior translates into an anomalous  situation and deviates from strategic purposes, considering that human talent  presents certain disagreements with the management of the organizational  structure, which significantly affects the service provided, aspects for It was  recommended to strengthen the value of human talent to achieve efficient and  effective management in accordance with the institutional mission and vision</p></abstract>
