<abstract><p>The study was carried out on the methanolic and aqueous extracts of the baobab (Adansonia digitata L.) seeds and pulps. The extracts were tested for their antibacterial activity against; Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Klebsiella pneumonia at different concentrations of 40, 80, 100, and 120 µl. The methanol extracts obtained by baobab were more effective than water extract. The methanol extract showed variation in the antibacterial activity toward S. aureus isolated from a clinical source. The zone of their inhibition ranged between 10 and 25mm</p></abstract>
