Work Climate as a Determining Factor in Organizational Commitment

Abstract

The perspective of an organization is its continuous improvement, conditioned by the factors inherent to the perception and characteristics of the employees and by the actions of the institution themselves, having the work environment factor as an indispensable aspect in all the actions carried out by a collaborator who allow harmony, balance and excellence in the service to the user, the objective of this scientific article is to know the incidence of the work environment in the organizational commitment of the workers of the Regional Agrarian Directorate of Amazonas, 2019. The study was cross-sectional with a quantitative approach and correlational scope. To carry out the organizational climate survey was applied to a group of 95 collaborators, the results obtained showed that there is a dependency relationship identified from the Pearson correlation of 0.485; with a significance level of 0.001. In this sense, we can indicate that the work environment is directly related to the organizational commitment, the greater the organizational commitment, the better the work environment. In addition, it was found that the work climate factors that most contributed to explaining the commitment were: growth and development, working conditions and Interpersonal Relations
