We at London Journals Press are committed to bringing research by scholars in emerging nations to the attention of the global academic community. We also want to make the option to publish in open access journals available to as many researchers as possible.
For authors publishing in London Journals Press’s gold open access journals, we offers waivers and discounts to corresponding authors based in low- and middle-income countries*.
To ensure that editorial decisions are never influenced by ability to pay, it is our policy that editors of open access journals are not involved in correspondence with authors regarding payment of Article Publication Charges (APCs). The automatic waiver system will be managed by administrative staff not involved in decisions regarding article acceptance. We also ask authors not to discuss any issues concerning payment with editors.

Please note that changes made to these lists by the World Bank each July can take a short period of time to be reflected in our submission systems. You may find discrepancies until the beginning of August while the update work takes place.
While submitting article, you our request should also include details of:
- The affiliation and country of residence of all authors.
- Details of where the research was conducted.
- Confirmation of all research grant funding received.
