Despite their flaws and weaknesses, they, however, had reasonable impacts on the development and growth of the Nation' s domestic interest. This, however, is the focus of this paperwork which aims at examining the role of the Nigerian Police in the nation-building of Nigeria during the four years of President Olusegun Obasanjo’s regime. The research which derives its data from the majorly secondary source makes use of descriptive and analytic methods in analyzing the data of the study.
