Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the way narrative structures in literature are analyzed, offering computational methods that complement traditional approaches. By leveraging tools such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), sentiment analysis, and machine learning, AI enables researchers to uncover patterns, themes, and character relationships in English novels at a scale previously unattainable. This paper investigates the application of AI in literary studies, focusing on its ability to analyze narrative structures while addressing the challenges of algorithmic bias, reductionism, and ethical concerns. Using case studies from novels like Pride and Prejudice, 1984, and Great Expectations, this research demonstrates AI's transformative potential while proposing ways to overcome its limitations and integrate it with traditional literary methodologies.
