Abstract
Today’s, most common complaint seen in gestation women is Urinary tract infection. It occurs during the period of gestation. These infections can be characteristic or asymptomatic. For these infections there are several reasons behind, some of them are physiological and hormonal changes during gestation and have advanced chance in rise of infections. An asymptomatic bacterium leads to the development of cystitis or pyelonephritis. Gram negative bacteria like Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, rote us, Providencia species, pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterobacter and serrati a are the most common etiological agent in both characteristic and asymptomatic Urinary tract infections. These infections are more dangerous which leads to motherly and perinatal morbidity and mortality when undressed. There's a opinion for this which is popularly known as quantitative culture fashion shortly called as gold standard fashion.
