La presente investigaci??n, se enfoca en determinar la existencia y reconocimiento de derechos humanos del no nacido; circunstancia que, carece de respuestas considerables dentro del ??mbito de la ciencia jur??dica; puesto que se trata de un tema, que colisiona frontalmente con el derecho de las madres a ejercer el aborto, sustentando en derechos como el libre desarrollo de la personalidad, derecho a la salud, derecho a un proyecto de vida, entre otros; no obstante, es un t??pico que tiene un sustento imponente en la bio??tica, en raz??n de que dicha disciplina m??dica filos??fica, reconoce la dignidad embrionaria, lo que implica necesariamente, reconocer derechos humanos al no nacido, dentro de los que destaca el derecho a la vida; se suma a lo anterior, la existencia de disposiciones del Sistema Interamericano y Universal de los Derechos Humanos y de nuestro derecho dom??stico, que plantean considerar al embri??n, como un ser humano en potencia.

Students with difficulties in schooling have been medicalized, although the main cause of these difficulties is deficiencies of the educational system. They are doubly punished, with serious reflexes for their school and social life. Teachers, for their importance in school, should receive training that critically addresses medicalization, from initial training. From this perspective, a pedagogical proposal was developed with undergraduate students in Pedagogy at the University of Natal / RN, in the context of theoretical discipline, aiming at transforming their understanding of the theme and thinking about the adoption of play as a coping strategy of the phenomenon. The initial diagnosis of student understanding revealed little or no information about medicalization and restricted understanding of play, limited to the contribution to children's learning. The evaluation after sharing different jokes, reading texts, poems and case studies on medicalization in education revealed that this pedagogical mediation contributed to qualify students' understanding.

The total number of residences with women in charge is a growing indicator, and it is important to emphasize that more than half of Brazilian households are female-headed nuclear families, in other words, family compositions that comprise a single (economically active) single mother and child(s) or a single mother (economically active), child(ren) and grandparents. Specifically, it was identified that the cities of Carapicu??ba, Itapevi and Jandira do not have, implemented, any kind of entrepreneurship actions aimed at Women Heads of Families (WHF), and in these locations they represent a population that does not have elementary education, with an income of up to two minimum wages and at least one underage child. Based on these initial considerations, the main objective of the study, which is condensed in this article, was to propose, from the comprehension and perception of the individual's sense, requirements for professional training, via vehicle-school, of WHF, benefiting the local and global society through social entrepreneurship. Among the types of vehicles studied, the vehicle V.U.C. (Urban Cargo Vehicle) with a variation of the configuration "students and teacher IN (inside)", the side of the vehicle will be lowered on a "stage" and projected out of the car for greater student participation. The focus of the classes to be developed with the vehicle refers to the manufacture of honeybreads for sale, also being carried out actions aimed at teach-learning the management of a small enterprise such as this. The choice of the honeybread as a guiding axis was due to the great durability of the product (up to 15 days, provided it is properly packaged) and the need for few materials and ingredients to make it. The school vehicle, as proposed, would serve 10 students per period, that is, with 1 vehicle, 4 hours training, for 280 days, will be generated learning an opportunity to increase the income of families headed by women who will participate in the project.
