Abstract
This research investigation addresses the utilization of intercultural management strategies within culturally diverse organizational contexts. Its primary objective is to examine the impact of four distinct dimensions-namely, metacognitive, cognitive, motivational, and behavioral-on work performance, which collectively elucidate the influence of cultural diversity. The data, sourced from a questionnaire distributed among Tunisian enterprises (N = 100), have been subjected to analysis using SPSS 25. The findings of our study contribute to a nuanced understanding of the significance of intercultural management agents in driving performance outcomes. Notably, the innovation of our research lies in its emphasis on recognizing the advantages of cultural diversity within an increasingly globalized world, where the capacity to navigate various cultural scenarios stands as a pivotal skill for adaptation.
