Organizational leadership sustainability is affected by factors such as disaster, crisis, and other risks that threaten its objectives and relationship with various stakeholders. Thus, to achieve organizational leadership sustainability (OLS), the organization must integrate business continuity management (BCM), risk management and also crisis, and disaster management.
