Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, teleworking was not yet valued in the culture of Tunisian companies. However, the COVID-19 Pandemic was the cause of the accelerated deployment of telework- related devices.
The context of health crisis experienced in the world and particularly in Tunisia represents a factor pushing companies to reduce, or even eliminate, meetings. This is likely to allow employees to focus on their performance and gain in terms of productivity, especially for files that require great concentration and time for reflection and isolation.
