Abstract

This research is a commentary on the judgment of the Constitutional Court in Zambia in enhancing constitutionalism in Zambia. It discusses the Zambian legal system in form of governance, constitutional supremacy and the sources of law. It has also reviewed the literature review bordering on the concept of constitutionalism from a global perspective and national level through the legal doctrinal approach as methodology. The findings of the research have been provided followed by a discussion of the findings with special focus on the judgment of Legal Resources Foundation Limited v Attorney General 2025/CCZ/0020. Lastly, the conclusion and recommendations are adduced and references are provided for further reading and research.
