Abstract

In this study, we sought to answer the farmer’s question, “Which drone should we start with for better and efficient yield in farming?”

Bangladesh is an agriculture-based country. With the advancement of technology and modernization, the impact of globalization and urbanization, influence of industrialization, agriculture experienced a multi-dimensional global change and will continue to do so in the future. With that, drone culture has been introduced globally in agriculture. Bangladesh is not far behind in deploying drones instead of human resources to the field with the world as the country has already experienced growing drone usage in some areas. This paper will focus on helping indecisive farmers with scientific suggestions about suitable drones and their interest in drone use by practically testing them in our agricultural field, accelerating overall agricultural strategies country-wide. The test result of each observation helped us to reach a generalized conclusion on the drawing of the research and future of agriculture with drone technology in Bangladesh.
